How To Fix Playstore Freezing at 97% When Downloading

Hello guys, i have a tutorial for you guys today. I know there are people passing through this bad situation whereby, when downloading from Playstore, it always hang at 97%, 93% or even 83%. I am a witness of that and i have got solutions for you guys today. I will be quick and comprehensive. Kindly follow me along.

Go to Settings on your android phone => Apps => Swipe to Running => You should see Google play service 
As seen below in my screenshot

Now, tap on it, you will see Stop and Report, Kindly tap on every STOP you see there.
After done that, go back to Apps => All => then locate Playstore and force stop it, clear data, now launch your playstore and start downloading without it freezing at 97% or 93, 83%.
