Latest Fast IP and Port For Etisalat Socialme Tweak for May 2016

I am dropping a fast ip for Etisalat socialme unlimited browsing. The IP is fast as the usual ones i have been dropping here. So, i will be fast and straight forward, i won't spend more time telling stories.

NOTE: When you get to Host Address and Port, kindly input this new IP and Port.

Ip = 149.202.249.227 

Port = 3128 

There is a bit changes in the handler settings of psiphon. 

In Real proxy server, input this IP = 149.202.249.227 

In port, input 3128 
See below screenshot 

Then save.
Choose USA as your Region 

Thats all. It will connect within 5secs. 
Its fast In browsing and streaming youtube videos and slightly slow in downloading and stable.
