This list was made by National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), it clearly shows the active subscribers on internet data usage and voice call usage. This report is the recent for the year 2016.

As you can see below is the active Voice call usage in the first 5 states in Nigeria.

• OYO – 7,538,586
• KADUNA – 6,787,117 
• JIGAWA – 1,820,249
• GOMBE – 1,815,166
• ZAMFARA – 1,678,476
• EBONYI – 1,436,945
• EKITI – 1,425,945
• YOBE – 1,402,357

Below Are The Active Internet Subscriptions By States and Regions

• LAGOS – 12,620,662
• OGUN – 5,629,424
• OYO – 4,908,092
• KADUNA – 4,231,710
• KANO – 4,134,266
• JIGAWA – 898,399 
• EKITI – 879,702
• ZAMFARA – 851,669
• EBONYI – 796,519
• BAYELSA – 732,777
• YOBE – 694,631

As we can see above, Lagos state and other South West regions are leading the list both in the active voice calls users and internet data subscribers.
