How To OPT-in and Out of Etisalat Last Call Notification Service

Etisalat last call notification has been a spam to me, cos any time i finished making calls, i get an SMS alert immediately, notifying me of the amount of Airtime i spent on my last call. I wasn't enjoying this anymore, so i have successfully put a stop to the irrelevant Last call notification SMS from Etisalat.

I'm sure many of you Etisalat users do recieve such SMS after making any calls, so I'm here to show you how to opt-out from Etisalat Last call notification. Seems Etisalat automatically subscribed their users to this service. Though, some might find it useful and interesting, while it will seem as spam to others. I'm going to show you how i successfully opt-out from this service, incase you don't want to receive such alert anymore.
