Nokia Introduces Customized Digital Assistant MIKA

Nokia is fully back to the Mobile Industry, and i guess they are fully charged and coming with full force. There are quite a number of people rocking their newly bought Nokia 6 Android smartphone, that packs incredible specifications and features. Though, the phone is currently on sale on AliExpress website for $328.88. Currently, that's where the phone is available for sale, pending when it will get to local stores.

MIKA  is a customized digital assistant and it stands for “Multi-purpose Intuitive Knowledge Assistant,”  that helps engineers and telecom operators access information through voice commands.

MIKA is the first digital assistant trained specifically for the telecom industry, designed to provide automated assistance that saves time and frees highly skilled workers to focus on critical tasks.

MIKA combines augmented intelligence with automated learning to provide access to an extensive range of tools, documents and data sources. These include the Nokia AVA knowledge library, a repository of best practices gathered from Nokia projects around the world.

Using the knowledge library MIKA can provide recommendations based on similar issues seen in other networks. MIKA is available via a web interface and mobile agent so that engineers can tap into its knowledge base, wherever they are.

In addition, Nokia also introduces Predictive Repair, a Nokia AVA-powered service that forecasts potential hardware failures up to 14 days in advance.
