Victor KachiGoogle Duo Video Chatting App Ranks Number One On Playstore
It's about two days Google officially launched its video calling/chatting app which has already ranked number one free app in Google Playstore. If you noticed, Google re-designed the app's logo before they officially made it live for downloads. Surprisingly, this app that was launched days ago has ranked number one and most popular on Google playstore.
Today, i checked out playstore and saw that Google DUO is currently the first and in the top spot, ahead of other free apps such as Facebook Messenger, Pokémon Go, YouTube Music, and Instagram. Like seriously, Google is using this strategy to promote its app and am not surprised though '.
A bug was found on the app which people in US and Canada weren't able to verify their phone numbers through SMS. But now, it has been confirmed fixed. On it launch, all countries weren't able to install the app as its been gradually rolled out. According to source, the global rollout has just now finished.
Now, if you use an Android device running v4.1 upward, you can now feel and enjoy Google's latest video chatting app not minding the country or location you are.
