Glo is still doing their possible best to make sure their 4G coverage covers all the states and cities in Nigeria. Glo is one of the cheapest data provider in NIGERIA, no doubt but the current problem is their poor 3G network. Aside that, Glo is really good as they offer affordable and overload data plans for everyone to enjoy.

Though, before you can use Glo 4G LTE service, your smartphone must be 4G LTE enabled, and also must support Glo 4G LTE band. See more.

Not quite long they unveiled their 4G LTE service which the coverage is limited to some states in Nigeria. Today, the uplifting news is that, 16 more locations / cities in Nigeria now have Glo 4G LTE services and this areas can be found within Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, and Ogun state.

Below are the 16 locations and cities where you can use Glo 4G LTE service.

  2. Orile Iganmu, in Lagos state
  3. Oregun
  4. Opebi
  5. Isolo
  6. Lagos State University in Lagos 
  7. Redemption Camp Ogun State
  8. Babcock University in Ogun State
  9. Rukpokwu
  10. Rumuibekwe
  11. Eleme Junction
  12. Eliozu
  13. Woji
  14. Rumuigbo in Rivers State
  15. Mpape FCT
  16. Utako in the FCT, Abuja.


Currently, this is the official locations in Nigeria where you can use Glo 4G LTE service. There's no official statement from Glo on when other locations will be added to the list. For now, this is what i could gather.
