Gionee set to Unveil Gionee M7 on September 25, 2017




The most anticipated Gionee M7 smartphone will be made official coming September 25, 2017. According to a reliable source, Gionee made the official announcement on Weibo's website and confirmed the launch date.

The announcement also made it known that the event for the phone will be held in China that day. If you have been following me up on this blog, you would recall when I posted the leaked specifications of Gionee M7 and what you should expect from the device.

According to rumors and leaks, Gionee M7 is powered by MediaTek's Helio P30 SoC, and sports a 6.0-inch display of 1080 x 2160 pixel resolution. Packed up with a 6GB of RAM, while internal memory is 64GB. Camera is quite impressive as it features 16MP rear shooting and 8MP front shooting. The phone will be coming with Stock Android 7.1.1 Nougat straight from the box.

To remind you, we are also looking forward to a Power variant of the M7, which is set to be unveiled on September 28 during an event in Thailand. Like seriously, i just can't wait for this.

  2. The 6GB RAM Storage got me salivating. Gionee sure knows just where to get android users.

    My next door neighbor bought the Gionee M5 sometime last year and I noticed that ever since then, she smile (awkwardly) at me when I greet her in the morning.

    Wait till she sees this. I suspect she's beginning to feel a thing for home button less phones.

  3. Good. I respect Gionee phones. Even though the phone is an MTK chips etc, he still makes a whole lot of sense than a lot of snapdragon. Good job.
