Today, I have a simple settings for Cellc South Africa to chat on Telegram for free without data. Note that this is not a free browsing cheat, it's only for chatting on Telegram.

Free Telegram Cheat for Cellc South Africa


Use this APN on Cellc SA sim card to access Telegram for free.

Kindly create a new APN with the below settings.

  • Name: cell c free-telegram
  • Apn: vdata
  • Proxy: 127.0. 0.1
  • Port: 8080


Save and start using Telegram for free.

Like I said, this isn't a free browsing cheat but at least it's a useful trick to use Telegram for free.
