How To Extend The Validity Of Glo 1.2GB For N200 To 10 Days

In this article, I will be teaching you how to extend the validity of the newly launched Glo 1.2GB for N200 which is originally valid for 3 days. Many Glo subscribers weren't happy for the short validity period.

We on Entclassblog.com have found a simple trick to extend the data validity to 10 days (which is not bad, if you ask me). That's not all, instead of getting 1.2GB data for N200, you will be getting 1.5GB at the same price.

Without wasting much of your time, let's get down to the simple trick.

How To Extend The Validity Of Glo 1.2GB For N200

  1. Migrate to Glo Yakata tariff plan by dialing *220#. Then dial #100# to check your current tariff plan.
  2. Then, if you recharge N200, you will get 250MB for free, which is valid for 7 days. (This is Yakata bonus data).
  3. So, dial *777#. Then reply with 1 > then 1 > then 5 > then 2 > then 1 to subscribe with the N200 for 1.2GB. You will get 1.2GB + 250MB, making a total of 1.5GB which is now valid for 10 days.
  4. You can dial *127*0# to view your data balance.

Do not forget that you can still get Glo 2.4GB for N500 which is valid for 21 days. See the steps here.

That's the simple trick there. If you are confused, please leave a comment below. And also don't forget to share this post with friends online.

    1. The yakata bonus data extended the plan. So anytime you want to subscribe for the special data, you need to recharge inorder to get Yakata bonus data.

    2. Normally, one must Recharge 200 naira to get the 1gb data plan na. Mine is still showing me expiration date of 3days. I won't wanna be saving mb just cos i feel it will last for 10days and then after 3days, they'll take all the mb. That'll be painful .

    1. Hello friend, y'll should be informed that Glo has stopped the validity extension that Yakata plan has to offer

Henceforth, any other data plan you have on your sim will be paused until you make use of the Yakata bonus data.
