Update Your MTN SIM Registration And Get N5000 Airtime

MTN has urged all her subscribers to go through a fresh sim registration so as to get their informations updated. Like we all know, this is not the first time we are doing this.

According to MTN, they called the process SIM Card Updates. As usual, you have to walk into any MTN office nearest to you with a government issued ID card. The registration is all about putting down virtually the information you had released during previous SIM registration exercises, including your Name, Date of birth, Address, biometrics etc.

Recall few months back, Airtel also compelled her subscribers to go and update their SIMs. Glo and 9Mobile are expected to follow suit any moment from now.

Benefits Of MTN Sim Updates

Interestingly, MTN will compensate you for the hassles of having to do the registration again. On successful completion of the process, you will be credited with N5,000 Airtime.

Failure to do this on or before the end of August 2019 may result to your SIM cards being blocked. The telecommunications firm had sent messages to millions of her subscribers, requesting them to go and updates their SIM card registrations.

The message reads:
“Y’ello! Kindly visit any MTN store with a valid government approved ID. Your SIM details need to be updated before August 19th. Dial *123*7*1# for the nearest store.”

This exercise is as a result of a directive from NCC and it must be adhered to. If you’ve not yet receive the message, get ready because it will soon get to you.

    1. Just go to any MTN office and re-register it. It isn't a must to know your details
