Airtel to roll out 4G LTE Broadband to 3 States in Nigeria

At long last, Airtel is about to launch their own 4G LTE network after other telcos like MTN, Glo and 9mobile (formerly known as Etisalat) unveiled theirs last year 2016. We've been waiting for Airtel 4G LTE, and now, seems it's coming through.

According to a hidden source;
Airtel will be rolling out their 4G LTE network this December 2017 to 3 states in Nigeria which includes Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt before adding other states.

No one knows if the partnership with Ericson is what is bringing about Airtel 4G LTE network as Airtel signed a 3-years contract with Ericson to transform its core network in Nigeria thereby enabling faster mobile broadband.

We just hope that everything goes smoothly and successfully. Now that Airtel currently have unlimited plans, so this 4G LTE network is a great news to all subscribers.

Take this info with a pinch of salt. What do you think?
